These oceanfront vacation rental condominiums offer a panoramic view of Netarts Bay as it enters the Pacific Ocean. Each unit has the following features:
- Two bedrooms-master suite with deck and guest room
- Great room with two extra king bed sleepers
- Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, Jenn-Air oven, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware and glasses
- Glass decks off the master suite and great room
- Rock fireplaces in the master suite and great room
- TV with VCR, DVD and cable in all bedrooms and in great room
- Free wireless Internet access
- Washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, bed linens and towels.
Rates for Edgewater Netarts Bay/Oceanfront 4-Plex Condominiums:
Summer (May 16 - September 22, Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays)
- 1-6 people, $279/night
- $10 each additional person
- 8 maximum
Winter (September 23 - May 15, except for Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays)
- 1-6 people, $225/night
- $10 each additional person
- 8 maximum
Deposits and fees
- Cleaning/Security deposit, $150- refunded if unit left as clean as when party checked in. Or you may opt to have cleaning staff clean at $14 per hour, balance refunded.
- Pet deposit, $35 (Units A and D only) refundable
Policies
- When reservations are made, a deposit of one night's lodging plus 1% state lodging tax and the cleaning/security fee is required
- A three (3) night minimum stay is required during major holiday periods (Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving and Christmas)
- Should you have more guests then your unit will accommodate, please notify the Edgewater staff in advance to book an additional rental unit to accommodate your guests. Each unit has its own maximum occupancy that is strictly enforced. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave without a refund. Additionally, you will be added to the "Do Not Rent" list and will not be allowed to rent from Edgewater Motel and Vacation Rentals.
