  Summer Rates* (May 16th-September 22nd) 2 Bedroom/1 Bath $129.00 per night 1-2 persons, $10 each additional, 6 max.

                                                                         1 Bedroom/1 Bath $109.00 per night 1-2 persons, $10 each additional, 4 max.

   Winter Rates (September 23-May 15th)        2 Bedroom/1 Bath $109.00 per night 1-2 persons, $10 each additional, 6 max.

                                                                         1 Bedroom/1 Bath $ 89.00 per night 1-2 persons, $10 each additional, 4 max.

   Pets are allowed with a $35 pet deposit which is refundable and a $10 per night, per pet additional fee.

   * Summer Rates apply to Thanksgiving and Christmas periods.

   We do require 1 nights lodging plus lodging tax (1%) at the time reservations are made.

   3 night minimum stay during major holidays which include- Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

   Winter Rates (September 23-May 15th)        2 Bedroom/1 Bath $150.00 per night 1-2 persons, $10 each additional, 6 max.

                                                                         1 Bedroom/1 Bath $110.00 per night 1-2 persons, $10 each additional, 4 max.

Please be aware that each unit has it's own maximum occupancy that is strictly enforced. The maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time for any reason. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, then your reservation will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave. You will not receive a refund. You will be added to the DO NOT RENT LIST and will not be able to rent from Edgewater Motel and Vacation Rentals there after. In the event that you have more guests than expected (and exceed the maximum occupancy), please notify Edgewater Motel in advance to book an additional rental unit to accommodate your extra guests.
